All of Brewster’s catering arrangements are custom designed to suit the individual needs of the host/hostess. Once you have decided on a general concept for the party, Joan will work with you to develop your menu.

Our Most Popular Catering Packages

Traditional Hors d’oeuvres: A typical cocktail party would have up to eight selections, four cold and four hot selections. These items could be a combination of buffet dips, cheeses and buffet items or passed individual appetizers.

Barbecue Buffet: The coast summers are ideal for casual outdoor parties. The barbecue can be as casual as build your own burgers with salads to full course dinners with Wild Salmon and Smoked Prime Rib.

Wedding Buffets: For your special day, we strive to provide a selection of food to satisfy all guests. In menu planning, we work to balance the buffet or menu with flavors, colors and textures. After all, people taste with their eyes first!

Every bride is looking for something a little different and unique. Our custom menu planning will surely accommodate the bride’s special requests.

            When planning your custom menu, think about both of your favorite foods.

            Is there a theme to your wedding?

            What time of day is your reception?

            Is your event formal or somewhat casual?

            Are you incorporating family tradition into your ceremony and reception?

            Do you have an ethnic background you would like to incorporate?

            Do you plan to have a cocktail hour?

            Will you provide a late night snack?

In selecting your menu for your stand up reception, it is important to create a varied menu of color, texture and taste.

Choose from the following list:

            Dungeness Crab Cakes: served with pesto aioli

            Smoked Salmon on homemade rice crackers with mustard aioli, capers and red onion garnish

            Scallops wrapped in Double Smoked Bacon

            Coconut Curry Prawns served in Crispy Wonton Cups

            Blackened Ahi Tuna, served with rice crackers, Wasabi mayonnaise, pickled ginger

            Chilled Prawns with Zesty Cocktail Sauce

            Risotto cups with Scallops & Gorgonzola

            Beef Tenderloin Toast Points with horseradish mayonnaise and red onion marmalade

            Spring Rolls: homemade with pork, or prawns or vegetarian

            Potato pancakes with spicy Italian Sausage, sour cream, green onions & red pepper couli

            Brushetta: fresh tomatoes, garlic & basil

            Caramelized Onion Flatbread

            Grilled Chicken Flatbread with jalapeno feta spread

            Mushroom & Goat Cheese Tart

WHATS INCLUDED:Brewster’s supplies all of the chafing dishes, serving platters, serving spoons, and garnishes for the buffet. We will work with you to provide a list of rentals for your event and connect you with reputable rental companies. Flowers and table decorations can be arranged through us or independently.  Our professionally trained staff will deliver, set up the buffet and work through the banquet until the buffet is cleared. For each 50 guests, a chef will be provided for up to 4 hours. Any additional time or staff needed will be assessed at a labor charge of $18 per hour.

OTHER COSTS:If your party menu requires a barbecue, there is an additional charge for the rental of barbecue. This cost is dependant on the size and number of barbecues needed.

A deposit is required to set the date, the above mentioned selections are a small sample of what Brewster's can create and serve at your event.
